The 37-year-old mom, blogger, and former New Girl announced her engagement to chef Ian Hock on Monday via an Instagram post that featured selfies of the pair celebrating in Paris and the star’s new jewellery. Amurri is now disclosing all the information regarding the emerald-cut diamond she purchased from private jeweller Christina Settanni of CMS Bespoke. Settani also used her social media accounts to explain how the stunning engagement diamond was made.
“The ideal custom engagement band for a Paris proposal!” Under a carousel of close-up images of the “bespoke” ring, a 14K yellow gold also platinum band with an emerald cut diamond in the middle, Settanni wrote. Additionally, it features open galleries and angular baguette stones set in a basket. Setting stones into the wax setting on the computerised mould and making a digital model of the ring. Before producing the unique piece were two design steps Settanni showed her followers on her Instagram Story.

Amurri “literally couldn’t stop” displaying her band on her Instagram Stories from Tuesday as she basked in her post-engagement glory. She also Hock smile in a picture taken in front of the Eiffel Tower, displaying her diamond-encrusted ring finger. Amurri raises her left hand in front of her face in another photo that appears to have been shot in a moody restaurant. And in a third, Amurri noted, “Ian kept saying ‘Let me see that hand again.'” The image was a single portrait of her left hand.
The couple’s milestone was first revealed in a tweet by Amurri, who wrote: “Your heart has been blue, and mine has been taken. Everything Will Be Fine If It Ends Up With You. People who know us well understand how much this occasion means to us. We are incredibly joyful. It will be wonderful to share the rest of our days together.”
