Annie Lennox wears new ink – on her thighs!
The Annie Lennox 67-year-old musician debuted a tattoo of two birds and a red heart on Instagram on Thursday. Captioning simply, “Getting my first tattoo.”
The body art of singer Eurythmics, reminiscent of her solo song Little Bird, was perform by Asa Lee Crow IV at the Shamrock Social Club in Hollywood. On “Little Bird” from his 1992 solo album Diva, Lennox sings, “Mama. We reap what we sow / They always say you know best. But that little birdie is falling out of the nest now / I feel like it would be bless / So I just need to test those wings.”
Lennox is know for showing vulnerability through his music. Her daughter Lola told news in 2020 that she learned from her mother that “the most powerful things are connection and passion for what you do.”

She adds, “It seems like you really like doing something that the best thing is – the good one. That can and will inspire and touch people and maybe help them.
