Conservatism of Britney Spears were released last week on Netflix(Britney vs. Spears), CNN (Toxic: The Battle for Britney Spears’ Freedom), and the New York Times (Controlling Britney Spears). Now the pop star has confirmed that he saw one of the films and had mixed feelings.

After returning from a “little break from social media” to celebrate his engagement to longtime friend Sam Asgari, Spears described her reaction to the documentary in an Instagram caption today (28 September). “This is crazy… I watched the last few documentaries, and I have to say I was scratching my head a few times,” he said in the caption. “I’m trying to get away from the drama.”

It was reported that he changed the caption hours after it was released. At first, he seemed a little more critical and read, “This is crazy, folks… I’ve seen the last bit of documentaries, and I hate to tell you, but a lot of what you’ve heard isn’t true.!!! trying to get away from the drama.”
