Two wedding coordinators responded to Nicola’s father’s lawsuit against them last year by filing a countersuit against him.
Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz wedding Beckham’s planners have now launched a countersuit against Nicola’s family for breach of contract in response to rumors that the couple’s April 2022 nuptials were filled with drama.
According to the complaint that news was able to acquire, Nicola’s father, billionaire Nelson Peltz, sue two of the couple’s wedding planners in December of last year.
After being recruite only six weeks before the wedding, Nicole Braghin and Arianna Grijalba were fire. After only nine days, but Nelson claimed he still needed to receive his $159,000.
“The wedding planner had to have the expertise and staffing to plan, coordinate. And execute a wedding event of the expected caliber and complexity,” Nelson’s lawyers alleged in a lawsuit. Nelson’s attorney stated in the complaint that Peltz had give his clients “the chance of a lifetime” to be associate with the weddings of two well-known celebrities. Which would surely catapult PDE into the stratosphere of wedding planners.
As it turned out, however, “[Braghin and Grijalba] saw this as a chance to take advantage of Peltz by making materially false claims about their experience, knowledge, and capacity to plan the wedding on both their website and in person.”
Braghin and Grijalba, who Nelson employed through their business Plan Design Events. Filled a countersuit against him, alleging breach of contract, in reaction to Nelson’s lawsuit.
