“It was disrespectful to me [and] my relationship period, over,” said Hailey Bieber during an appearance on an episode of Alex Cooper’s Call Her Daddy podcast.

Speaking to Alex Cooper on the Call Her Daddy podcast, founder Rhode Skin denied the 2021 Met Gala rumors surrounding her, her husband Justin Bieber, 28, and her ex Selena Gomez, 30.

During the couple’s red carpet appearance, so many speculated that Baldwin Bieber was holding back tears after fans heard Gomez’s name sung.

“I could hear everyone screaming, and again, I think there was a certain part of you that was tickled [towards him]. I was shocked,” he said. “I didn’t know it happened until I saw the video afterward,” he added. Referring to a clip in which Bieber appears to say “don’t cry” in the middle of a song.

“I felt like I had something in mind,” he told Cooper about the reality of the situation, explaining that he was take out of context.

While the incident did not bring tears to his eyes. Baldwin Bieber said it was “a very disrespectful thing to do to anyone. Baldwin Bieber also clarify why he wore sunglasses on the red carpet. A decision that was a pre-plan fashion choice, not a cover-up. “The sunglasses are just part of my look,” she said. Adding that she intended to wear them sometime in the evening.

Despite the negatives she’s been through, model and entrepreneur Cooper opens up about how to block out noise. “Another day, another negative kill,” he said of a catchphrase that helped his weather critique.

“You can’t take my happiness, my relationships, my business, my career. You can try to be angry about it, but I don’t think it changes anything.” Another hot topic discussed in the episode. Which aired September 28, was Baldwin Bieber’s relationship with Gomez. This relationship came under the spotlight when internet trolls tried to pit the two women against each other.
