The 43-year-old Hart of Dixie graduate announced his estate with Preston Guzowski and Brandon Williams of The Beverly Hills Estate. Walt Disney first built a house for his daughter in 1960.

Priced at nearly $2.8 million, this traditional home with a modern twist has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. This hotel is located on a quiet dead-end street in Beverly Hills. Just a few miles from the Sunset Strip and downtown Beverly Hills. The bright pink front door offers a fun and festive welcome.
