Actor Aquaman, who suffered several injuries while filming, told The Late Late Show that Jason Momoa “not done crunches” since his surgery in March.

Jason Momoa regrets losing his stomach – and blames his recent hernia surgery.

“I don’t do crunches,” the 43-year-old action star told James Corden on Tuesday night’s Late Late Show. “I tried to preserve my father’s body a little longer,” he added.

“You can’t say you have a father!” Corden shot back in disbelief at the notoriously muscular actor. “You can’t. That’s not dad.”

“Well, I don’t want to do crunches anymore!” Momoa replied with a smile. The Aquaman actor underwent surgery following the film’s sequel in March and attended the 94th Academy Awards a day later.

“Throw the corpse … getting old, bro,” Momoa joked.

The ‘Dune’ actor wore sunglasses at the ceremony and added to his deteriorating eyesight: ‘I have to read tonight. I can’t see far… they need a prescription.”

In May, the star posted a shirtless photo of herself undergoing an MRI during a hospital visit as a “precautionary measure.”

“You have to break a some eggs to make an omelette. Aloha J. Thanks for my ohana and my friends,” Momoa wrote in the photo caption.

Her post caused concern from her family and friends in the comments, including Octavia Spencer. “Oh no!” his Justice League co-star Gal Gadot wrote with a red heart emoji. “Oh no! Are you all right, man?” Candy actor Pablo Schreiber commented. “Oh my god, what now,” wrote Jill Wagner.
