Key Sentence:
The Cody, Wyoming estate hosts Sunday services, music videos, and sessions for you and the ghost-seeking kids.
In early 2018 – before running for president or changing his name to Ye – Kanye West retired to a farm in Wyoming to work on several projects, including You and Kid Cudi Kids See Ghosts. But now, the Wyoming era seems to be coming to an end as the rapper sells his ranch to Cody, Wyoming.
Listed online for $11 million, this property holds a decent piece of Kanye West history. His state ranch hosts everything from Wyoming gatherings and free reruns of Sunday services to listening parties and music videos for “Follow God” and “Closed on Sundays.”
The ranch sale also marked a turning point in West’s life as he recently purchased the Tadao Ando-designed Malibu home for $57 million. And allegedly gave up his self-designed Hidden Hills home amid his divorce from Kim Kardashian. It’s currently unclear whether he will keep the other Wyoming estates, including the second farm just down the road.
If you happen to have $11 million, the Wyoming ranch for sale previously listed on the Ye’s Yeezy campus has been described as a “one-of-a-kind property” spanning 3,888 acres with two freshwater lakes. In addition to typical livestock facilities (possibly) such as cattle pens and hay pastures. Hiking trails and fishing opportunities are included in the backdrop of the Absaroka Mountains.
Curious? Virtual tours and pictures of Kanye West Ranch in Wyoming are available via online listings.
We also recently received a teaser trailer for the decade-long Netflix documentary Jeen-Yuhs. Which will follow West throughout his career following his mother’s death in 2007, most recently in Donda’s video “Donda Chant” and his unfortunate 2020 presidential election. Is on view. See the first kind of trailer here.
