“How do you spell Rapunzel?!” Kim Kardashian jokingly wrote on Instagram while posing with a long mane of platinum blonde hair
Kim Kardashian presents curls straight out of a fairy tale.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians, 41, made some Rapunzel vibes as she wrapped herself in long locks of platinum blonde hair for a behind-the-scenes photo from her latest Allure shoot she shared on Instagram on Saturday.
“How do you spell Rapunzel?! Rapunzel? lol,” Kardashian wrote in the caption of the post. “You did it right,” hairstylist Chris McMillan wrote in the comments. “Lmaoooo, who knows!” wrote Olivia Pearson. In additional photos, she wears a nude mesh bodysuit with matching evening gloves and see-through stiletto heels. She posed on the sofa while her long blonde extensions fell to the floor, completing her look with metallic silver eye makeup.
Kardashian said she would “risk losing my hair” to go blonde in her iconic Happy Birthday Mr. President Marilyn Monroe at the Met Gala in May. She also told Vogue about the bleaching process, which took “14 hours straight.” “I also wanted a physical makeover, so I decided to wait and do it, so I spent all day getting my hair dyed — 14 hours straight! — to make it,” Kardashian said.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians alumnus announced the launch of the SKKN BY KIM skincare line last month. Last week, he visited the brand’s billboard in Times Square.
Kardashian told the news outlet how the nine-product line was inspired by the skincare routines she uses at home. “It’s scarce that I don’t stick to it because if you want results, you have to put in the effort. Of course, there are times when I get tired, especially as a mother, but I’ve made that a priority. Also it doesn’t take as long as you think!”
