In the trailer for the second season of Hulu’s reality series about a famous family, the 66-year-old matriarch bursts into tears as she discusses medical fears of the unknown.
“I can’t tell my kids I’m scared,” Kris said as she lay in the hospital bed. “You have enough problems. They don’t have to worry about Mother.’
But Khloé Kardashian’s third daughter seemed to know something was wrong, saying, “I don’t know what’s wrong with you.”
Meanwhile, Kim Kardashian always vowed to put family first.
“No matter how crazy things get, we’ll always be family,” he shared.
In a lighter moment in the trailer, the 41-year-old SKIMS founder also updated fans on his relationship with Pete Davidson.
“Life is good. I have new friends. I’m just having fun,” she shared.
The 28-year-old Saturday Night Live alum also made her first on-camera appearance on a reality series when Kim asked, “Want to take a shower with me ASAP?”
