Last week, Lana Del Rey released the latest single from her upcoming album Blue Banisters. The song is titled “Arcadia,” including a visual directed by the singer and new details about the album’s release.
According to Del Rey’s Instagram post, the Blue Banisters will fully arrive on October 22. Announced shortly after releasing their latest album, Chemtrails Over the Country Club, it was initially supposed to be released on July 4. Still, it didn’t materialize as the date came and went.
However, on July 4, the singer gave a preview of the new song, including the opening text: “My body is a map of LA / I stand like an angel, with a hello / Hangin’ through the Hilton window / Screamin,” “Hey baby let’s go.” Meanwhile, in May, Del Rey shared several songs from the Blue Banisters, including the theme songs “Text Book” and “Wildflower Wildfire,” featuring production by Kanye West staff member Mike Dean of Donda.
