“Hung Up on Tokischa” is Madonna’s latest remix since “Material Gworrlllllll!” with Saucy Santana

Madonna gave a modern, gritty twist to her 2005 classic ‘Hung Up’ – and her fans devoured it!

On Tuesday, the Queen of Pop released the music video for “Hung Up on Tokischa,” a remix of the hit Confessions on the Dance Floor featuring rapper Dominica Tokischa – whom Madonna hugs several times during the video.

In the music video directed by Sasha Kasuiha, Madonna, 62. And Tokisha, 26, are seen dancing on top of each other, kissing and praying in the middle of a dance.

Part of Madonna’s original vocals is still in the remix, as Tokischa (Tokischa Altagracia’s real name Peralta Juárez) incorporates her rapping skills.

The “Vogue” hitmaker shared the video clip on Instagram and wrote: “Shut up Tokischa The video is out!!

The music video was film in Washington Heights in New York, and. According to Page Six, the police came and tried to shut it down due to noise complaints from neighbours.

Originally released on Madonna’s Confessions on the Dance Floor in 2005, “Hung Up” topped the charts in several countries worldwide and reached #7 on the US Billboard Hot 100.

“Hung Up on Tokisha” follows Madonna’s release last month of “Finally Enough Love. Which includes remixes of all 50 of Madonna’s songs that topped the Billboard Dance Club Songs chart.

He previously released “Material Gworrlllllll!” with Saucy Santana – a remix of 1984’s “Material Girl” – in August and a remix of her 1998 song “Frozen” with rapper 070 Shake in March.

Last month, Madonna uploaded a question and answered video to her YouTube channel entitled Enough Talking: 50 Questions With Madonna.

During the nearly seven-minute clip, Madonna gives the same one-word answer about her greatest pleasures, her zodiac sign. Her current favourite obsession, her secret to success, her life mantra, and the actions that keep her going: “Sex.” @tokischa .helps.”
