In March 2022, Mama June Shannon and Justin Stroud were married for the first time in a courtroom.
As she walked down the aisle, Mama June Shannon looked stunning in an elegant David’s Bridal gown.
On Saturday, nearly a year after marrying in a Georgia courtroom, the Mama June: Road to Redemption star, 43, and Justin Stroud celebrated their union in an “intimate” also “glamorous” ceremony in Panama City, Florida.
Shannon wore a stunning a-line gown from David’s Bridal for the occasion. The halter-style gown featured floral appliqué and a plunging neckline. The detailed lace complemented the sweeping skirt with a side split, and the tulle underneath completed the look.
She accessorised her ensemble with two bracelets, a necklace, and dangling earrings.
The groom wore a black tuxedo from E&S Formal in Montgomery, Alabama, as well as Jordans.
WE tv reported that the couple married in an “intimate oceanfront ceremony” at the SpringHill Suites in Panama City.
Shannon’s daughters, Alana “Honey Boo Boo” Thompson also Lauryn “Pumpkin” Efird, Jessica “Chubbs” Shannon and Anna “Chickadee” Cardwell, and June’s grandchildren Stella, Sylus, and Bentley Efird, as well as June’s grandchildren Stella, Sylus, and Bentley Efird, attended the wedding.
“This was the 1st time the whole family had been together since 2014,” Shannon explained. “So getting married in a place where my family and I have so many memories was really special!”
She said, “We wanted a small and intimate wedding, so there were no groomsmen or bridesmaids. All four of my girls escorted me down the aisle to Justin, while his mother escorted him.”
Shannon married Stroud for the first time on March 23, 2022, in a Georgia courthouse.
In a video post to her Instagram on June 1, the couple confirmed they had married on their six-month anniversary.
