Meta replaces human moderators with AI across its platforms

Meta has announced a significant overhaul of its content moderation strategy, replacing much of its human review workforce with artificial intelligence systems and simultaneously expanding user access to its AI-powered support tool across Facebook, Instagram, and Threads.
