“If there’s one thing I’ve learned about all of you over the last few years, it’s that you’re tough and flexible,” the former first lady said in a video posted on Wednesday.
On Wednesday, the 58-year-old former first lady congratulated college and high school graduates in a video posted to Twitter via her Reach Higher Foundation.
“I’m so, so proud of you. “You’ve just accomplished an incredible feat at one of the most incredible times in our history,” Obama began. Stay in high school or college; you’ve done the best the last four years. And I’m so proud of you,” Obama said, dressed in all black.
“When you’re graduating from college, looking for a job, or preparing for high school, you may be making a big step into a new city — and I know all of that can feel daunting,” she says.
“I know there are times when you might prefer to go back and go back to where you started,” continues the Becoming writer.
“But if there’s one thing I’ve learned about you over the last few years, you’re tough and flexible. And most importantly, you can achieve anything you set your mind to,” he said.
Before ending the video, she wrote in part, “I have faith in you, and I will support you every step of the way,” podcast host Michelle Obama also wishes the Class of 2022 success in all their future endeavors.
