Elsewhere, alan Crocetti got busy transforming gaultier’s mythical cone bra into esoteric but inviting jewellery, and Marvin m’toumo went all-out aquatic delusion with a look he describes as “Walt Disney’sDisney’s ariel, meets a creole courtesan, meets a Caribbean pirate – half of horny sailor, half seductive venus”.

Don’t be getting too at ease with this bunch, though, as every season will see a brand new roster of designers take the reins to provide a fresh take at the label’s back catalogue.
