The trailer for “Don’t Look Up,” Netflix star Adam McKay’s Timothy Shalamet film about two low-level astronomers warning people that a comet is on its race to destroy Earth, has arrived.
With Leonardo DiCaprio’s hyper ventilator as a professor, Dr. Randall Mindy, and Jennifer Lawrence as astronomy student Kate Dibiaski, the film also includes appearances. Such as Ariana Grande, Timothy Shalamet, and Kidd Cudi (also known as Scott Mescudi).
The trailer focuses explicitly on the conversations between DiCaprio’s Timothy Shalamet characters and Lawrence. And President Meryl Streep, along with members of their government, played by John Hill. Both seem to reject scientists’ claims of an impending apocalypse.
An official synopsis highlights more of their discovery of a comet orbiting the solar system.
“The problem is that it collided head-on with Earth. Another problem? No one seems to care. It turns out that Humanity’s warning in front of a killer planet the size of Everest is an uncomfortable fact. to navigate.”

Written and directed by McKay, Don’t Look Up is expected to be released by Netflix on December 24. Following a limited release in theaters the same month.
