Hudgens, 33, has partnered with health supplement brand Ritual after incorporating their best-selling Synbiotic+ into his routine. Which contains a blend of prebiotics, probiotics, and postbiotics that work together to support a balanced gut microbiome.
As someone constantly on the move, making health a priority isn’t always easy, but Hudgens made time for it.
“I’m always on the go, and the move and the go, and a lot of your immune system is now in your digestive tract,” Hudgens told the news. “So I thought, ‘OK, I’m going to prioritize that and make sure that taking care of my gut helps me a lot. Whether that’s with digestion or boosting my immune system.'” And Ritual did just that.”
Hudgens loved knowing Synbiotic+ was “doing its job” when he drank it and also liked the convenience. It doesn’t need to be refrigerated, unlike many gut health supplements. So jetsetters can put it in their carry-on bag without worrying about it.
“I can take it with me when I travel, which helps with consistency,” explains Hudgens.
Also, many of Hudgens’ friends in Hollywood have similar issues with sleep and bloating. Meaning he has a support system in place while pursuing his interest in gut health. Hudgens’ healthy lifestyle made her shine on the red carpet – she hosted the 2022 MTV Movie & TV Awards in June and wore a sheer shimmering gown at the Met Gala in May. Her dress, designed by her boyfriend Jeremy Scott, is one of her favorite things she has ever worn.
“Having Jeremy Scott make this dress for me was just a dream because it felt just right for this year’s theme – gold-plated glitter -but it was just right for me too,” she told news . “I feel like he saw me and designed a dress just for me.”
