Rutvik Lokhande an 18 year old heads influencer acquisition at Nofiltr Social

Rutvik Lokhande an 18 year old from Mumbai is a founding team member at Nofiltr who is leading talent acquisition.

Nofiltr social is an influencer marketing firm, based out of Mumbai which was started by Sumedh Chaphekar and his friends in 2017. Nofiltr wishes to become a human incubator for talent on the internet and help them monetise their creativity and build long term personal brands.

He believes that to be a great you should be consistent with your content and innovative.

An influencer must be comfortable telling their story openly to the audience to connect and engage with them deeply.

Influencers are going to be the future that we are going to witness as a society. We are just seeing the beginning of this revolution with platforms like Facebook, YouTube and emerging platforms like TikTok.

Brands are going to win along with influencers as there is so much space to collaborate and integrate brands with an influencers content.

In the coming years there will be a lot of potential for small brands to Collaborate and get traction for their products because of social media as traditionally marketing has been expensive.

Rutvik is currently working with influencers like Mrunu, Mr.mnv, Angry Prash, Tanzeel Khan and influencers with unique talents across music, dance, comedy and makeup.

He says nothing is more satisfying than to see an influencer engage and monetise their creativity and do the thing they love without any traditional backing- just through the power of the internet.

They recently took a trip to Bali to collaborate with Cadbury on an IP called Nofiltr Escape.

He said it was a first ever trip they took along with influencers to a foreign country to create content.

Rutvik is also looking to invest and launch social media companies in the USA and work with meme communities to launch D2C brands as he says USA is always ahead of its time and there’s a lot of potential to launch personal D2C brands with the help of internet and promote it with the channels of social media.
