Peloton instructor Tunde Oyeneyin keeps it honest on and off the bike. The fitness star and bestselling author was happy to share some of her motivational wisdom—and glamorous secrets—during a recent interview with news .
Known in the peloton community for his powerful, larger-than-life presence that reaches through screens. Oyeneyin reminds his class daily that “your mind is your strongest muscle. The Nigerian-American coach and motivational speaker have built a platform for inclusion through his role in the Peloton and his presence on social media. She is also an ambassador for Nike and Revlon. With the latter holding a special place in her heart as she has worked as a professional makeup artist and coach for beauty brands.
Earlier this summer, she took her empowerment brand to the streets, touring with her books SPEAK “I draw from people’s energy. It’s great to go out and hang out with people.”

In the age of social media, how do you take the time to prioritize your mental health?
“I sit back and reply to every comment, go into DMs, and feel guilty for not replying to 300 DMs that day. And now, as much as I value love, I need to love myself too, and I take time off my phone. So I delete apps frequently. Instagram. Or I log in, post something, then log out.”
