Courtney Kardashian steps out in a leather jacket and pants with Travis Barker

Courtney Kardashian and Travis Barker flew to Europe this week for a seemingly cozy vacation in Italy.

The engage couple was photograph hand in hand in Milan today on their way to their hotel. The bodyguards followed. They were both dressed in black, but Kardashian leaned forward in an intelligent look. Wearing a leather jacket with a tie and no pants. She styled her hairdo and complemented it with sunglasses and big black shoes.

Their Italian vacation comes as the Kardashian family’s new reality series documents Barker’s October proposal to the Kardashians in an upcoming episode and the couple’s fertility journey.

A source last week gave People details on how long the couple had been trying to have a baby and their journey to getting pregnant through in vitro fertilization (IVF).

“[They] decided to try and get pregnant after a few months of being in a relationship,” the source said, noting that they had started the IVF process “last summer.”

“It’s been an emotional rollercoaster ride,” the source said. “They never thought it would be as difficult as it use to be. It was tough for Courtney. You still want to have a baby. However, Travis did not press Courtney. He needs her to be happy and healthy.”

In the final episode of The Kardashians, filmed in the fall. Kardashian reveal that the fertility drugs she was taking cause her to go through menopause and suffer from depression as a side effect. “Everyone on social media was like Courtney was pregnant, Courtney was pregnant, Courtney was gaining weight,” Kardashian recalled. “I find it very bad to comment on people when you don’t know what they’re going through. The drugs they’re giving me put me through menopause.”
