Kyle Newman’s nanny, is summoned to testify to allegations of abuse in an ongoing prison battle

The Kyle Newman’s nanny custody battle for Jamie King and her estranged husband Kyle Newman is far from over.
The former couple will appear in court in Los Angeles later this month, with both King, 43. And Newman, 46, expected to testify “in all matters relating to custody and visitation” of their children and “charges of abuse.. And other pending issues, according to a new document obtained from news.

According to the document, King and Newman’s former nanny, Olivia Messie. She was called to testify “what she observed regarding the care, supervision and dealing with minors” and the former spouse.
Additionally, court documents show that Newman and King had a custody battle in early June. Prompting Newman to file an urgent ex-parte motion to change his custody agreement and obtain “only legal and physical custody” of the child.
King then filed his emergency declaration, Ex Parte. Noting that his lawyers had a conflict over “serious family matters” on the scheduled trial date and asked to rearrange it a day so they could appear.
According to documents, Newman’s request was ultimately rejected but will be heard when the two appear in court on June 24. The King must also take office by June 20 and make a responsible statement.
