Luke Combs and wife Nicole welcome 1st baby, son Tex Lawrence Combs

Luke and Nicole Combs 1st shared their exciting pregnancy news back in January.

Luke Combs has entered daddy’s world!

“It would have been hard to top last Father’s Day Welcome to the world of Tex Lawrence Combs. You are the best angel child, and I am so lucky I was chosen to be your mother. So these are the days,” she wrote. In the photo, Nicole can be seen sitting in a chair in her nursery, holding her newborn in her arms and gazing at the country singer while watching her son affectionately.

The three-time Grammy nominee echoed his wife’s excitement in a similar statement: “Well, he decide Father’s Day would be a great time to come. I agree. @Nicolejcombs and I are in love with this little boy.” he wrote, sharing the same photo with his wife on Instagram.

“The mother and baby are healthy, and now we are back home with the family. Life is good. Everyone is welcome in the world of Tex Lawrence Combs,” she added. Nicole also shared the same carousel of photos on her Instagram page, writing, “this could be the best year ever” Coming to Baby BOY in Spring 2022!! we are so excited and grateful .”

In February, Combs admitted during a show at the Grand Ole Opry that he was “a little nervous” about being a father.

“I have a lot to do,” he said. “I have a lot to do… I reveal a lot of things every day. I buy all kinds of clothes that I didn’t know existed.”

Combs is proud to add that the nursery is in full swing. “That’s a lot of things, man. I didn’t know what a swing was. But it was something obvious. I learned a lot of new words.”

The couple married in August 2020 after announcing their engagement in November 2018. They started dating in 2016.
