Madison LeCroy cried the first time she wore her wedding dress because she loved it so much
Madison LeCroy of Southern Charm and fiancé Brett Randall tied the knot in a romantic ceremony in Riviera Maya, Mexico, on Saturday.
Madison LeCroy has seen herself as a bride in white since she was six years old. She made her wedding dreams come true on Saturday with romance, glamour, and charm.
On Nov. 19, the 32-year-old Southern Glamor star married fiancé Brett Randle in an intimate ceremony in Mexico’s Riviera Maya, exclusively revealing to PEOPLE the details behind not one but two of her wedding gowns.
Part of LeCroy’s search for the dress took place at Bergdorf Goodman in New York, where he tried on “hundreds of dresses.”
However, among all the pieces she encountered – and fell in love with – it was a white gown from luxury retailer Reem Acra that stole her heart.
“When I wore this for the first time I cried because I loved it so much. The thing is, Bergdorf didn’t have a dress I didn’t like, so I walked out of the store still looking for the “right thing” because I felt like I had to try on everything in there,” said LeCroy PERSONS. “The more I tried something, the less I noticed anything compared to him; I can’t stop thinking and talking about it. So I ended up flying back to New York and getting it.”
LeCroy walked barefoot down the aisle in a cute cap-sleeved dress and fitted bodice with a full skirt.
She accessorized it with a long tulle veil on top, a half updo (styled by hairstylist Patrick Navarro), pearl earrings by Nicole Rose, and a white peony wreath to match the adorable floral appliques of her gown.
“It was a real lesson in trusting your intuition, which I would advise any bride to do,” LeCroy says of finding her dress. “You get a special feeling that I can’t describe when it’s right. It’s the same feeling I have about Brett. If you know, you know.
After saying yes and having a Mediterranean meal at the reception, the couple and their 40 guests celebrated with fireworks.
