The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles, contains allegations of misogyny, sexism, and unsafe working conditions during the filming of the highly anticipated series.
Allegations of Misconduct and Unsafe Conditions
The lawsuit includes claims that the environment on set “systematically fostered a culture of misogyny and sexism,” placing the safety and well-being of contestants at risk. The plaintiffs allege they were “underfed and overtired,” with meals provided only “sporadically and sparsely,” endangering their health.
Furthermore, the lawsuit includes allegations of sexual harassment and a hostile work environment, though most of the details remain redacted from the public document.
The upcoming Beast Games show, billed as the largest reality competition series ever, involves 1,000 contestants competing for a $5 million prize. However, these legal issues have cast doubt on whether the show will air as planned.

In a separate report from The New York Times in August, participants of the yet-to-be-released show shared more concerns, revealing that several contestants had been hospitalized, and some went over 20 hours without food. Additionally, some contestants alleged they did not receive their medication on time.
