Morata Separates from Wife Campello Again After Reconciliation Fails
Former Chelsea forward Alvaro Morata has reportedly moved out of his family home in Milan following the collapse of his reconciliation with wife Alice Campello. The 33-year-old Spanish striker and his 30-year-old Italian influencer spouse have been living separately for several weeks, according to Spanish magazine Hola. The couple share four children: Alessandro, Leonardo (twins), Edoardo, and Bella.
Rekindled Romance Ends in Separation
This marks another chapter in the turbulent relationship between Morata and Campello. The pair initially announced their separation in August 2024, following Spain’s Euro 2024 victory. However, they reconciled in January 2025, with Campello previously crediting Morata’s loan move to Galatasaray with helping save their marriage. Despite living apart, both have maintained a cordial relationship for their children’s sake, with Morata reportedly visiting to collect his kids at their shared home.
Defending Against Affair Allegations
Earlier this month, Campello publicly defended family friend Elena Sirigu against affair rumors, writing on social media that Sirigu is innocent and doesn’t deserve to be labeled a “family wrecker.” She emphasized that Sirigu is a serious person with values whom she has known for years. Meanwhile, Morata continues his loan spell at Como, where he has made 15 appearances without scoring. The footballer has previously spoken openly about battling depression and mental health challenges throughout his career, admitting he once considered faking an injury to avoid playing in Euro 2024.
