Jessica Simpson bids farewell to ‘romantic’ holidays in black swimsuit

Jessica Simpson looks sultry in the sand!
The singer and fashion designer, 42, shared a fierce fashion moment on Instagram on Wednesday as she said goodbye to Cabo San Lucas.
In the photo, Simpson is posing on the beach in a black one-piece outfit. Complemented by oversized sunglasses and black lace-up heels. Her long blonde hair fell in mermaid waves over her shoulders and she wore necklaces, bracelets, watches and rings.
“Sunset on the most romantic, sexy and deserved Mexican vacation (if I say so myself) with my lover forever,” the singer wrote in the caption, tagging her husband Eric Johnson. Speaking to news in April, the “With You” singer opened up about a recent trip to Cabo San Lucas, where she wore a bikini while on the run – something Simpson says she will never do again.
“It really touched me,” Simpson continued, before explaining that she shared a photo of herself rocking a swimsuit on social media to remind herself that “the impossible can happen.”
“And for me as a woman, it’s a big moment to look as good as I feel,” she said. “You’re proud of yourself also you deserve it… [and] you understand yourself and you feel good about yourself on the outside. If both things work, the sky is the limit.”
The star said she believes all bodies regardless of shape or size should be celebrate every day.
“It’s hard not to see your flaws at first, [but] I think things change as a society. And that’s great because every body is celebrated,” she said. Referring to her eponymous clothing line and how it’s made to fit women of all sizes, Simpson explains that it’s “because I’m every size.”
Simpson has struggled with weight gain and loss for years. While in the public eye and says she is always surprise by her body’s ability to return to its pre-baby size.
“I always celebrate my body,” she says. “The fact that she makes kids isn’t real, … but you never think you’ll fit back in. That’s crazy. The female body is phenomenal at what it can do.”
