Megan Markle shares her and Prince Harry’s reaction to Rowe’s turn to Wade.

In a Vogue article published on Tuesday, Megan, 40, spoke with award-winning journalist Jessica Yelin about the impact of the Supreme Court’s ruling and urged men to speak up.

“Men want to be vocal in this moment also beyond because these decisions affect relationships. Families, and communities in general,” says Megan. “They are aimed at women, but the consequences affect us all. My husband and I have talked a lot about it in recent days. She is also a feminist.”

Discussing Harry’s thoughts on the decision, Megan said, “His reaction last week was harsh, as was mine.”

“I know so many women are feeling down right now. But we have to get back together; we don’t have to work,” the Duchess of Sussex added.

Megan continues, “This moment requires unity – to listen to people. To understand that the Constitution was written when women were second-class citizens. We weren’t. Some things had to change. I did that work long before us, as a [feminist icon.” ] Gloria [Stein]. I am grateful to hold the baton there and we will continue this work together.”

Like Megan, many women have publicly reacted to the Supreme Court’s decision to oust Rowe versus Wade on Friday.

Comedian and actress Tiffany Hadish, 42, shared her thoughts with news before hosting the second annual Hollywood Unlocked Social Impact Awards on Friday.
