On Monday, the fitness influencer announced she was engaged to her current fiancé, Jay Woodroffe.

Itsines, 31, shared a photo of herself wearing a diamond ring with Woodroffe and wrote on Instagram, “YES #engaged @jaewoodroffe @itsjlahhere.”

Woodroffe shared the good news by posting one of the photos to his Instagram, captioning, “If you know, you know @kayla_itsines.” A picture from Itsine’s post shows the fitness entrepreneur planting a sweet kiss on his fiancé’s cheek as he holds her in his arms. Another photo shows the Australian fitness expert giving her Instagram followers a closer look at the glow of her engagement.

Earlier this year, Itsines introduced her then-boyfriend to the public, posting a photo of herself with Woodroffe resting her head on his shoulder.
